Sales Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Manager to join our team at Canra Global Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, and determine strategic planning related to new product lines.
- Leadership: Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts, and recruit, organize, train and manage staff.
- Operations: Organize regional and divisional sales operations, and plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure that sales teams have the necessary resources to meet customer demands.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, and work in a permanent role with a standard work week of 32 to 40 hours.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
