About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Manager to join our team at Canra Global Corporation. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations, including planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure the success of our sales team.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
