Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Hotel Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Recruit, train, and develop a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional guest service.
- Manage Hotel Systems and Equipment: Ensure the smooth operation of hotel systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Coordinate Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, and ensure that all guest requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of materials and supplies needed to maintain hotel operations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
