Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Operations Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient hotel operations, including maintaining computer systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked hotel.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Our hotel is a fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
