Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Eagle Crest Canada Construction Ltd. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, ensuring a productive and safe working environment.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, company policies, and procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: 40 hours per week in a fast-paced construction company setting.
