About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Orthodontic Solutions Consultant to join our team at DentalMonitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect daily to identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Develop a deep understanding of the DM value proposition and its impact on dental/orthodontic practice workflows.
- Partner with customers and key opinion leaders to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Segment the territory to identify key opportunities for strong sales growth, new business, and full potential in the current customer base.
- Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs, and objectives.
- Nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and influential customers.
- Drive local and national events, webinars, masterclasses, and study clubs to drive peer-to-peer endorsement.
- Work collaboratively in a multifunctional team, influencing the output successfully.
- Provide market trend and competition feedback to the management team.
- Utilize CRM to report activity.
About You
- You have a strong background in sales within the orthodontics, dental, or medical technology field.
- You can influence customers' ways of thinking.
- You are proficient in French and English.
- You understand the conceptual/consultative selling approach.
- You possess strong hunting skills.
- You have a high level of IT knowledge and appreciate new technology.
- You can build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers.
