Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at HOPE IMMIGRATION AND CONSULTANCY INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and budgetary controls
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and coordinate office services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- MS Office skills
- Experience working with diverse populations, including newcomers and refugees
- Knowledge of government access to information and privacy legislation
