- Oversee site-parking operations, working closely with Easy Park on permitting and patrolling.
- Lead the PNE's OH&S program and safety protocols, providing guidance and expertise to staff.
- Develop initiatives to build a PNE-wide culture of safety, focusing on proactive hazard identification and reduction.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to manage disability claims.
- Investigate accidents, thefts, and incidents, liaising with external stakeholders as required.
- Ensure teams work in accordance with collective agreements and align with People and Culture on collective bargaining strategy.
- Provide recommendations to mitigate organizational risks during events through risk reduction strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field, accompanied by at least 10 years of progressively senior experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and experience in special event or large-scale public crowd management.
- Previous experience in developing and implementing new safety or security policies and programs.

- Ability to commit to continuous professional development and learning in areas including OHS, emergency response, and security management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
Estimated Salary Range
