Nursing Director

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the nursing team and implement improvements as needed.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing nursing team.
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum two (2) years RN experience with at least one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid.
