Retail Store Operations Manager

Founded in Toronto, Real Fruit Bubble Tea has been a leader in the market since 2002. With over 131 locations across Canada and the USA, we strive to make fresh fruit drinks accessible to everyone.
Job Description
The Store Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for supervising store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining open communication with regional management and enforcing company policies and guidelines
- Setting and achieving sales goals, inspiring staff to work collectively towards them
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Training, supervising, and disciplining staff members
- Fostering a welcoming environment that embodies our vision and values
Requirements
To be successful as a Store Manager at Real Fruit Bubble Tea, you will need:
- 3+ years of store management experience or 5+ years of experience in the food industry
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong oral and written communication abilities
- Ability to implement policies and procedures effectively
Benefits

Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with occasional weekends. A driving license is preferred but not required. You will be working on-site at one of our many locations across Canada and the USA.
