Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail store operations manager to join our team at Courage My Love Inc.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and high-quality customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales workers, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their roles' expectations.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records to ensure timely reporting.
  • Promote company products and services through in-store displays and events, showcasing merchandise on sidewalks, at public events, or in stores.
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory system, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other challenges that may arise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with company policies and procedures, including relocation costs coverage for employees.
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This position requires working in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent standing and moving around. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic setting with variable schedules and priorities.

Compensation and Benefits
