Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations in the store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, determining merchandise and services to be sold, and resolving issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Staff: Oversee daily store operations, including managing staff and assigning duties.
  • Determine Merchandise and Services: Determine which products and services to sell in-store, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer demand.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges as they arise.
  • Plan Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily store plans to meet sales targets and optimize efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Operational Expertise: In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer service techniques.

Work Environment:

The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, staff, and stakeholders on a regular basis. The position requires standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
