We are seeking a detail-oriented Student Well-being Coordinator to join our team at Ignite Student Union. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be passionate about supporting student health and well-being, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager, Student Wellness with operations and administrative tasks related to virtual service delivery, training, and data management/insights.
  • Review and award wellness-related offerings for students, including Soupbar Delivery, Menstrual Program Delivery, and other Health and Wellness events.
  • Collaborate with external and internal partners on events and service offerings, focusing on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
  • Evaluate student feedback, data collection/insights, and satisfaction surveys to monitor the quality of the student experience from our service offerings.
  • Contribute insights to services and programming in the areas of student wellness.

Requirements:

  • Must be a current Humber College or University of Guelph-Humber fee-paying student at the time of application.
  • Must commit a minimum of 24 hours/week.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Passion for supporting student health and well-being.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Showcase initiative and independence with minimal supervision.
  • Good judgment and decision-making ability to prioritize projects.
  • Understanding of the strategic plan, programs, and services provided by IGNITE.
