Job Overview

This Student Outreach Manager role is an excellent opportunity to work with a passionate and empowered team at Toronto Film School. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective outreach strategies to promote our programs to prospective students.

This is a temporary maternity leave contract for 12-18 months.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to drive domestic program growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, student clubs, and educational institutions.
  • Represent Toronto Film School at various events, including high school recruitment events, career fairs, and educational institution visits.
  • Participate in in-person activities with students/organizations/stakeholders, including presentations, meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and recruitment streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and recruitment goals.
  • Provide regular progress updates and suggest process improvements to optimize outreach efforts.
