Job Title: Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Master Performance Truck & Trailer Repairs Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: QuickBooks, spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask.
