Executive Director of Operations

The Edmonton Zone Primary Care Network Committee seeks a dynamic and results-driven Director of Operations to lead and expand on the impact of a progressive, committed group of organizations dedicated to improving the delivery of primary care.
The successful candidate will provide skilled leadership, build community, and manage operations to ensure the EZPCNC fulfills its purpose and strategic direction and improves patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership & Governance: Develop effective relationships with EZPCNC members, subcommittee chairs, staff, and key partners to ensure the full implementation of the Zone Service Plan.
- Operations: Ensure the delivery of agreed-upon programs and services within available resources, monitor and evaluate initiatives to ensure success, and manage day-to-day operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement, Communication, and Public Relations: Represent the EZPCNC on external committees, identify and develop strategic relationships with relevant partners and stakeholders, and ensure clear and accurate communications.
- Financial Management: Provide leadership and direction for financial management, oversight, and budgeting, and evaluate current revenue streams and identify new areas for revenue development.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of senior leadership experience in a small to mid-size non-profit and/or healthcare organization, preferably at the Executive Director/Director of Operations/CEO level.
The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, enthusiastic booster, savvy in reading the room, a pro at stakeholder relationships, and a strong hands-on manager.
They will be independent, willing to tackle problems head-on, self-aware, and able to set clear and correct priorities.
The position requires a related degree in business or health policy or a relevant combination of education and experience, and a demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
