Nail Salon Operations Manager

At Tomorrow Nail, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily performance, and plan and organize daily activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a beauty shop or aesthetic service environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
