**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple retirement communities in your region, ensuring exceptional care and high standards across all our residences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of communities, upholding LLI's high standards.
- Strategic Support: Guide communities in developing and executing business plans, budgets, and marketing strategies.
- Employee Relations: Partner with VP of Operations on labor matters, assist with collective agreements, and provide guidance to General Managers.
- Community Engagement: Represent LLI on external committees to align our services with broader healthcare initiatives.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate with finance and clinical teams to monitor budgets and ensure financial performance aligns with organizational goals.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks with senior staff, ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are met.
**Requirements:
● Post-secondary education in a related field.
● 7-10 years of leadership experience in senior living, hotel, or hospitality, with multi-site operational experience.
● Strong operational expertise and financial management skills.
● Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, labour relations, and collective agreement negotiations.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, empathetic leader, and strategic problem-solver.
