Job Description

This Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in driving business performance through high-quality financial analysis, expense planning, and strategic management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial and strategic processes, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive Business Performance: Ensure all business decisions are supported by accurate financial analysis and data-driven insights.
  2. Expense Planning: Develop and implement expense plans that align with corporate targets and industry benchmarks.
  3. Cost Management: Establish frameworks to drive expense management discipline and focus within the business.

Requirements
  • 3+ years post-qualification financial management experience in a P&C organization.
  • CPA or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrable understanding of financial and strategic management processes.
