At Tiffany & Co., we are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our team in Vancouver. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embodies the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, using the Tiffany touch to make each experience extraordinary.
  • Develops client relationships and exceeds commercial targets through a passion for building business and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Fosters a clienteling culture, encourages an entrepreneurial spirit, and reinforces client development to grow outreach business.
  • Deepens relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Captures client data, cultivates new and existing client relationships, and delivers a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Identifies innovative ways to grow business through delivering elevated client experiences in each client appointment.
  • Drives business through key product pillars and converts clients through curiosity and discovery daily.
  • Elevates in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client, demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony using the Tiffany Touch.
  • Demonstrates Client Experience Behaviors identified within the NPS program, embracing and leveraging client feedback to elevate every in-store experience to a memorable event.
  • Executes best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance and client feedback.
  • Connects with clients' wardrobes to 'style them.'

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Desired:

  • A college/university degree.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.

The hiring range for this position is $19.98 - $27.03. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
