Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, exceeding commercial targets through exceptional clienteling and sales skills.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client, demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
  • Connect with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Drive business growth through key product pillars, identifying innovative ways to deliver elevated client experiences.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets, capturing client data and cultivating new and existing client relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, with a proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base, proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College/university degree.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
Compensation and Benefits

The hiring range for this position is $19.98 - $27.03. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
