Bilingual Human Resources Advisor

At Acosta, we're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Human Resources Advisor to support our HR and employee relations efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on various HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise managers and directors on onboarding and recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support on performance management processes.
  • Investigate and research management and employee issues or complaints.
  • Assist with change management projects, such as employee engagement efforts, restructuring, and HR analytics.
  • Provide analysis and feedback to leaders using HR data.
  • Identify areas for training and development.
Requirements:
  • Diploma, Bachelor of Arts degree, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both English and French, with strong oral and written language skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of varied HR background and experience in a similar capacity.
  • Sound judgment and ability to listen, assess problems, and arrive at logical conclusions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
