Job Title: Pharmacy Supply Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at HEALTHCARE PHARMACY. As a Pharmacy Supply Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our pharmacy by ensuring that all supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help with scheduling and workflow to ensure efficient use of time and resources
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Bill third-party insurers to ensure timely payment for services
  • Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products
  • Perform general clerical duties, including managing routine office functions and organizing inventory
  • Assist healthcare professionals with tasks and responsibilities

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
