Job Title: Pharmacy Supply Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at HEALTHCARE PHARMACY.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, and performing general clerical duties. This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of medications and prescription records
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception and telephone duties
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Assist healthcare professionals with scheduling and workflow
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
Work Environment:

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will work in a pharmacy or drugstore environment, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
