They'll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of departmental managers and hourly employees
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of business management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven track record of success in customer service and sales growth
