At Chemazone Inc., we are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our team with expertise and vision. This strategic leadership opportunity involves overseeing daily operations, identifying and investigating compliance issues, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, directing, and motivating staff, establishing and implementing policies and procedures for accounting and financial control, and authorizing loan and credit applications. Additionally, you will oversee the preparation of reports, advise senior management, and lead groups. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to network and develop business relations. If you have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role and are fluent in English, we encourage you to apply for this permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week.
