Job Description

The CSIS Computer Lab Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support to students in our computer labs. This includes assisting students with software installation, networking issues, and operating system problems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Effective English verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, Internet browsers, and Visual Studio (C#)
  • Experience with Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, and Oracle VirtualBox
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of computer network fundamentals
