Job Description for Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Teamcafe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and develop menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our culinary vision.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity, presentation, and flavor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organization.
