We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada in Saskatoon, SK.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

The primary responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support to our advisors, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files, account information, and other relevant documents
  • Assist advisors in preparing for meetings, presentations, and other events by coordinating travel arrangements, arranging meeting spaces, and managing logistics
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and other organizational tools to ensure efficient use of time and resources
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in administration, preferably in a financial services setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
