Hollywood Barbershop is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support across various aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone calls and messages
- Maintain accurate records and logs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently
- Schedule appointments and confirm client bookings
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; higher education beneficial
- Previous experience in administration or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
