About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our hotel and convention services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Outreach: Reach out to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support and ensure their needs are met.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify and solicit potential clients, and promote our hotel and convention services to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our hotel and convention services, including amenities, packages, and promotions, to effectively communicate with clients and promote our offerings.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: Experience in sales or a related field is an asset.
