Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gaming Operations Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our gaming facilities, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations of our gaming facilities, including slot machines and table games
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our gaming offerings and events
  • Monitor and analyze gaming revenue and performance metrics
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of gaming operations staff
