About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to join our Growth Equity team as a Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our growth investing strategy, with a focus on technology and tech-enabled businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth investing strategy that delivers strong returns and insights into the innovation and growth ecosystems.
  • Lead the investment process, including due diligence, deal sourcing, and portfolio management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including venture capital and growth equity firms, investment banks, and lawyers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive investment edge and deliver on business goals.
  • Lead and develop team members across the Growth Equity team, contributing to a culture of inclusivity and high performance.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of professional experience, with 10+ years investing in private or growth equity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in teams, leading when appropriate, and commitment to building an inclusive culture.
  • Superior interpersonal and relationship skills, with a passion for the venture and growth equity ecosystem.
  • Clear and proven communication and presentation skills, with excellent research, modeling, and analytical skills.
  • Experience conducting due diligence under a compressed timeline, juggling multiple workstreams, and working with external stakeholders.
