Adecco Canada is Hiring a Part-time Bilingual Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to be the face of our client's business as a customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet Customers with a Warm and Professional Demeanor
  • Answer and Direct Phone Calls Efficiently
  • Assist with Filing, Data Entry, and General Office Tasks
  • Manage and Confirm Appointments for Customers
  • Guide Customers to the Appropriate Department or Staff Member
  • Maintain a Clean and Inviting Waiting Area
  • Sort and Distribute Mail and Assist with Outgoing Communications
  • Help Maintain Accurate Customer Records and Process Necessary Paperwork
Qualifications:
  • Legally Eligible to Work and Reside in Canada
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Experience in a Receptionist, Administrative, or Customer Service Role Preferred
  • Bilingualism in Both English and Mandarin
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Organizational Abilities with Attention to Detail
  • Professional Appearance and a Positive, Friendly Attitude
  • Ability to Multitask and Handle a Busy Work Environment
  • Experience with Phone Systems, Computers, and Office Equipment
