Part-Time Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Operate a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to the appropriate individual or department, and taking detailed messages.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including distributing mail and faxes, coordinating courier pickups, and processing customer payments.
- Knowledge and Skills: Acquire knowledge about our dealership, including our products and services, to respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
