Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Omni Logic Solutions, Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and organized
  • Team player with ability to work collaboratively
