Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software effectively.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues with our applications and software.
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and internet connectivity issues.

Requirements:

  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience in a technical support role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
