Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at INI POS Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
- Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software effectively.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues with our applications and software.
- Provide support for business systems, networks, and internet connectivity issues.
Requirements:
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience in a technical support role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
