Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Canada Inc. Company Number. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in inventory control or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control software and MS Windows
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
