We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Totals Inventory Professionals. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems. You will also be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, arranging training for staff, and coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work. Additionally, you will be responsible for requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, organizing and maintaining inventory, and establishing work schedules and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Arrange training for staff
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
