We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Totals Inventory Professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, collecting and recording administrative and service fees, and assisting in preparing annual budgets.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar field and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinating administrative services
  • Collecting and recording administrative and service fees
  • Assisting in preparing annual budgets
  • Conducting research
  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations
  • Directing and controlling corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines
  • Planning, administering and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Preparing reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory
  • Supervising office and volunteer staff
