Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Director to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic success and develop a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with centre staff, teachers, and parents to ensure a seamless learning experience for students
  • Organize schedules and assessments to optimize student progress
  • Develop and oversee student learning programs that cater to diverse needs and abilities
  • Liaise with community members, schools, and local businesses to foster partnerships and opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress updates
  • Embed the Oxford Learning philosophy in all aspects of the centre's operations
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes student growth and development

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Languages, Math, or Business)
  • Strong secondary school mathematics skills and additional language proficiency (Cantonese) are assets
  • Experience in educational settings with medium to large student bodies and business environments is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, phone skills, and customer service experience are essential

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position with evening and Saturday shifts
  • Monday to Thursday (12:00pm - 8:30pm) and Saturday (9:00am - 2:00pm)
