Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Teaching and Learning to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving academic excellence and instructional innovation across our global network of partner schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality curriculum and assessment strategies to enhance student learning outcomes
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to evolve summative evaluation strategies and item development, leveraging insights from global learning data collection and analytics
  • Guide project management in developing best practices for content development and quality assurance
  • Provide strategic guidance to partner schools on teaching and learning practices, accelerating student learning and improving academic English skills
  • Advocate Rosedale's global education leadership and international curriculum solutions through conferences, speeches, and presentations
Requirements
  • 10+ years of academic leadership experience at the K-12 level
  • Extensive leadership experience in teaching and learning, with structured methodology and practice development capabilities
  • Deep understanding of curriculum development, content effectiveness assessment, and large-scale assessment
  • Proven track record of success in developing methodologies and practices to improve teaching effectiveness and learning outcomes
  • Strong skills in cross-region and cross-team collaboration, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
