Education Director

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Director to join our team. As a key staff member, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve academic success and develop their self-confidence and self-esteem.
Responsibilities:- Inform parents about our Oxford Learning programs and services
- Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers
- Set up and administer assessments to measure student progress
- Establish and oversee student learning programs to ensure academic success
- Liaise with community members, including schools, sports teams, and local businesses
- Maintain contact with parents and meet with them to discuss their child's progress
- Ensure that the Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre
- Create a fun and energetic learning environment on a daily basis
- Effectively master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach other teaching members of the team
- Minimum university degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Languages, Math, and Business preferred)
- Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset
- Additional language(s) spoken is an asset (Cantonese)
- Competitive salary: $40,000 / year + incentive bonuses (up to $5,000 extra)

- Evenings: Monday to Thursday (12:00pm - 8:30pm)
- Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
