Food Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Store Manager to join our team at Dino's Pizza Charlottetown. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to increase sales, improve brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, track revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Resolve Issues and Improve Customer Experience: Address customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and implement processes to prevent similar issues from arising.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail or restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in point-of-sale systems and electronic mail.
