Food Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Store Manager to join our team at Dino's Pizza Charlottetown. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure that all staff members are working efficiently.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to increase sales and customer engagement, including social media promotions and in-store events.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, track revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine staffing needs, ensuring that we have the right number of employees to meet customer demand.
- Resolve Issues and Provide Excellent Customer Service: Address customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or restaurant management role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems, electronic mail, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Transportation and Travel: Own transportation, willing to travel, and able to work flexible hours.
