Food Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Store Manager to join our team at Dino's Pizza Charlottetown. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure adequate coverage and excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
- Computer Skills: Proficient in point of sale systems, electronic mail, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Transportation: Own transportation and a valid driver's license
- Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
