Food Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Store Manager to join our team at Dino's Pizza Charlottetown. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems, electronic mail, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
