Job Title: Corporate Travel Manager

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Manager to join our team at Brandt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and booking travel arrangements for our employees worldwide.

 

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and book transportation, accommodations, and other travel services in Sabre (GDS)
  2. Collaborate with employees to determine their travel needs and advise them on modes of transportation, travel dates, and costs
  3. Provide accurate and thorough information regarding trips
  4. Offer customized corporate services to various employees
  5. Plan itineraries and provide exceptional customer service
  6. Research and provide solutions to customer travel-related issues
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments
  8. Review all reservations for travel policy and procedure compliance
  9. Ensure all reservations pass quality control prior to ticketing
  10. Support team members
  11. Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during a trip
  12. Provide advice on required documentation, passports, visas, insurance, and other travel-related matters

 

Requirements
  • Bilingual in French and English is not required, but would be preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Team player
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A professional and resourceful style; the ability to work independently and as a team player, to take initiative, and to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Flexible and adaptable; a team member who can make a positive impact while bringing a strong problem-solving mindset to the workplace
  • High energy and passion for the work of the Brandt Group of Companies is essential
  • Able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach and strong customer focus

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with a corporate TMC, preference given to those with experience in Sabre GDS and/or a Travel School Graduate
  • Familiarity with domestic and international travel
