Insurance Broker Role

At Western Financial Group, we are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is required, and we will provide applicable training for the right candidate
  • RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset
