About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Western Coast Insurance Services. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize our internal database to identify and qualify potential clients, and develop strategies to convert them into paying customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Collaborate with our underwriting team to ensure that all clients meet the necessary requirements for our insurance products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that all clients are satisfied with our services.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
